Varies depending on the number of shoes ordered. All shipping is done through UPS or USPS. Standard ground shipping rates apply to all orders.

International Shipping

All custom taxes apply to all orders that are international.

Returns

Return Policy

All shoes are non-refundable. Store credit is available for shoes returned that are unworn. However, all shoe repairs are free within the first year of purchase.

Exchanges

There are no direct exchanges. However, all unworn shoes can be returned and you will receive credit towards your next purchase based on the value of the shoe.

Shoes that are on clearance have only 1 size for that style. However, shoes that are in stock can be shipped within 2 days. If they are not in stock then you can preorder. Preorder or custom orders can take up to 6-8 weeks. For all orders please call Kelly at (626)715-5286
